I held the position of Director of Arrazi Psychiatric Hospital in Mediouna-Casablanca (formerly Tit Mellil) from 2010 to 2017.

Subsequently, I served as the director of the first Medico-Psychosocial Center, My Rachid, in Casablanca for psycho-social rehabilitation, simultaneously acting as the president of AfakSantéMentale, which co-manages the CMPS in collaboration with the MSPS.

I provided ongoing training for public health professionals in the Casablanca Settat region.

Simultaneously, I worked in the associative field as the founding president of the Afak Association for Mental Health (AASM) and later the National Federation for Mental Health (FNSM).

Currently, a member of the administrative committee of PositiveMinders.

Permanent member of the EMDR France association.

Member of the National Institute of Vigilance and Sleep (INSV).

Member of the French Society for Sleep Research and Medicine (SFRMS).

I participated in national workshops for the development of the National Mental Health Plan 2022.

Also, in the development of the National Suicide Prevention Strategy 2023-2030 as a psychiatrist and representative member of civil society in Morocco.
